Next Generation Insulation Cover [D1+ | D1 Plus]

With a thickness of only 6mm, it has the strongest low thermal conductivity of 0.02 W/m·K.

"D1+ | D1 Plus" is the strongest insulation cover that achieves an ultra-low thermal conductivity of 0.02 Wm/K, surpassing even dry still air, with a thickness of only 6mm. Thanks to this thinness and complete tailor-made design, it can be installed in narrow spaces in your preferred shape. For example, when installed on the heating cylinder of an injection molding machine, it can save over 27% of the product's electrical energy consumption. It can accommodate all shapes, from ducts to stock pots. It is also listed in the Ministry of Land, Infrastructure, Transport and Tourism's 2012 Know-how and Technology Transfer Support Project "Technology Matching Database." http://www.yoi-kensetsu.com/match/jirei/053-01.html

Next-generation insulation cover D1+

Compared to conventional insulation materials, it offers overwhelmingly superior thermal insulation performance, resulting in high energy-saving effects. Its slim design makes it easy to install in complex structural shapes.

"D1+(D1 Plus)" is a next-generation thermal insulation cover wrapped in a heat-resistant sheet, made from a special porous silica insulation mat (product name: ONBM). With a thermal conductivity of 0.018 W/mK, it surpasses that of still dry air, boasting a thermal conductivity that is 5 to 10 times lower than that of conventional insulation materials like glass wool, which have been used in the heat dissipation parts of machinery and equipment. This characteristic allows for a thickness of just 6mm, achieving space-saving during installation and reducing interference with surrounding components. Additionally, it has a heat resistance performance capable of withstanding temperatures up to 650 degrees Celsius. For more details, please contact us or download the catalog.
